Shipping policy

Processing: All orders are processed within 2-5 business days after receiving an order confirmation via email. This includes carefully preparing and packaging your painting or print for shipping. Once your order is processed, then it is shipped -- with shipping times varying based on destination.

International Shipping: Please contact us prior to making an order. If an international order is placed prior to contacting us, we will be in touch to discuss shipping options and fees. Customs, duties, and taxes (including VAT) which may be charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the purchaser.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Domestic Shipping: Shipping throughout the United States is free and in-person pickup options are available. Once your order is submitted, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation means we have added your order to our shipping schedule. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping times may vary due to factors outside of our control such as weather, natural disasters, or holidays. Please allow for 3-6 days for shipping, in addition to 2-5 days for processing.
